    The importance of physical activity

    Physical activity has many health benefits, but did you know that it could also make you a better student?

    Being physically active can reduce stress and help you feel more energized and alert, making it a lot easier to focus on studying, completing assignments, and preparing for exams.

    Different outdoor and indoor games, tournaments are planned e.g. cricket match, volleyball match, cleaning of school, garden maintenance, carom, TT etc.
